There were 254,064.89 full-time equivalent state employees for the quarter ending August 31, 1994, according to reports filed by 209 state agencies. There were 235,961 full-time state employees and 43,170 part-time state employees.
The number of full-time equivalent state employees decreased by 1,251.97 (or 0.49 percent) over the quarter ending May 31,1994.
