Can you motivate employees? There has been much management debate over the years. What we do know is that creating excitement around the work to be done, involving the team members in the decision making and creating a drama free environment does encourage team members to bring their best each day. This session will discuss how to create an environment where team members want to participate.

This VIRTUAL course will be held online and requires an internet connection, a microphone and a tablet or laptop.

Additional Information
TAC Rule 523.142(g) requires the CPE Sponsor to monitor individual attendance and assign the correct number of CPE credits. Participants will be asked to document their time of arrival and departure in compliance with this Rule. Additionally, attendance will be monitored throughout the day and CPE certificates will reflect actual attendance of each participant.
