Course Description
Communication style-flexing is:
· Identifying and understanding behavior styles and the tendencies associated with them.
· Modifying your communication approach to help your audience be as receptive as possible.
· Consistently improving your communication and your understanding of others.
Course Objectives
This VIRTUAL course will be held online and requires an internet connection, a microphone and a tablet or laptop.

TAC Rule 523.142(g) requires the CPE Sponsor to monitor individual attendance and assign the correct number of CPE credits. Participants will be asked to document their time of arrival and departure in compliance with this Rule. Additionally, attendance will be monitored throughout the day and CPE certificates will reflect actual attendance of each participant.
