In this seassion, we'll review best practices for leading teams with multiple generations. We'll explore at a high level what do 22 year olds expect in a workplace? Is that different than 33 year olds, 44 year olds or 66 year olds? The session will highlight best leadership practices that will engage all the generations on your team.
